Do you add any liquid in the pan when you put the turkey in the oven?

No, just cook the turkey in a dry pan. We recommend using a V-rack to allow airflow below the turkey during cooking. If you don't have a V-rack, resting the turkey on large carrots will also do the trick (just don't eat the carrots!).
