How do I know when my chicken is done?

Chicken should always be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.  Using a meat thermometer, insert it in the thickest part of the breast or thigh.  If you do not have one on hand, make sure the juices run clear and there is no pink when you cut into the thickest part of the poultry.
