How often should I baste and with what?

You should baste with broth and/or juices that run off of the Turkey as it cooks. Basting browns and crisps the skin of the bird. Another option than basting is Fire & Flavor’s Turkey Brine and Turkey Glaze (also great for Ham). You apply it every 10 minutes for the last 30 minutes of baking and flavors and browns your bird to perfection.
